These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Belle & Co. Academy website, programmes, Office Hours, advisory services, and related materials.

By accessing this website, submitting an application, or purchasing access to any programme or session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Structure of the Academy

Belle & Co. Academy operates under a three-tier structure:

Tier I — Program Access (Evergreen Curriculum)
Tier II — Office Hours (Review Tools)
Tier III — Private Advisory (Invitation Only)

Each tier is distinct in scope, access level, and engagement format.

Enrollment in one tier does not imply admission to another.

2. No Guarantee of Admission or Outcomes

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission to any programme.

Participation in Belle & Co. Academy does not guarantee:

Representation
Employment
Income
Client work
Placement

The Academy provides strategic education, standards-based critique, and professional preparation only.

3. License & Permitted Use

All materials provided through Belle & Co. Academy — including videos, written materials, rubrics, scoring systems, templates, frameworks, scripts, prompts, and programme structures (“Programme Materials”) — are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of Belle & Co.

Purchase or access grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable, single-user license for internal professional use only.

You may not:

Share login credentials
Record or screen capture sessions
Reproduce or distribute materials
Post materials publicly
Translate or repackage materials
Use materials to create or deliver competing programmes, courses, consulting offers, or advisory products
Upload or input Programme Materials into AI systems for training, fine-tuning, or redistribution

Access may be revoked for violation of these terms.

4. Confidentiality

Programme materials, discussions, Office Hours sessions, advisory interactions, and internal communications are confidential.

Participants may not record, screenshot, distribute, reproduce, or retransmit any portion of sessions or materials without prior written consent.

Tier II and Tier III environments are private review rooms. All participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants’ materials and discussions.

5. Tier II — Office Hours Standards & Enforcement

Office Hours are confidential, time-capped review sessions.

Because unauthorized redistribution of materials or session content would cause harm that is difficult to quantify, the following applies:

In the event of unauthorized redistribution, recording, or dissemination of Programme Materials or session content:

A liquidated damages amount may apply per incident,
Additional damages may apply per recipient of redistributed material,
Total damages per incident may be subject to a defined cap,
Belle & Co. reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief to immediately stop unauthorized use.

These measures are intended as a reasonable estimate of harm and not as a penalty.

Access to Office Hours may be terminated immediately for breach.

6. Professional Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully, professionally, and in good faith.

Belle & Co. Academy reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where conduct standards are not met.

7. Intellectual Property

All Programme Materials, website content, branding, programme names, structures, and methods remain the intellectual property of Belle & Co. unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights.

Unauthorized use may constitute infringement.

8. Modifications & Access

Belle & Co. reserves the right to:

Modify programme content
Adjust session formats
Change programme structures
Restrict or discontinue access
Update these Terms

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belle & Co. Academy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from participation in programmes, Office Hours, advisory services, or use of this website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
